1-on-1 personal training
Free initial consultation and first training session. Consultation will include discussion of goals, previous activity, and a health questionnaire. Training sessions are customized to your current time and equipment availability, fitness level, and goals.
$40 per 1-hour session on session-to-session basis
$350 for a pack of 10 sessions
$600 for a pack of 20 sessions
small group training
Bring a friend! Includes all of the same as 1-on-1 personal training, but with the added bonus of working out with a friend.
$30 per person per 1-hour session

Workout plans customized to your time and equipment availability, fitness levels, and goals provided for 6, 8, or 12 week programs. Weekly check-ins via email, text, or FaceTime/Skype to discuss progress and potential adjustments to meet your goals.
$30 per week, available for any length of time
Referrals are always welcome! Refer a friend or family member and receive 1 free training session. If you are not a current client, the referral fee is the monetary equivalent ($40) of 1 training session.
