Free initial consultation which includes discussion of goals, previous activity, and a health questionnaire. Training sessions are customized to your current time and equipment availability, fitness level, and goals.
$50 per 1-hour session on session-to-session basis
$400 for a pack of 10 sessions
$700 for a pack of 20 sessions
small group training
Bring a friend! Includes all of the same as 1-on-1 personal training, but with the added bonus of working out with a friend.
$40 per person per 1-hour session
